Not perfect kids.
Not quiet kids.
Just real kids figuring things out.
In my sessions, kids are allowed to talk, move, laugh, worry, and sometimes fall apart a little because that's how growth happens.
I focus on helping kids build confidence, learn how their emotions work, and feel good about who they are. Not who they're "supposed" to be.
Parents often share with me when their child feels understood, good things happen. That's the goal.
This work happens in real life. With coffee, big feelings, and my dogs nearby. It's calm. It's imperfect. Exactly how I want my families to feel here.
ready, set, go!
Because having a plan feels way better than Googling at midnight.
